Brooklyn Spirits Events and Good Press

Greetings Good Spirits,

Here’s just a quick update of what’s going on with our book “Brooklyn Spirits” and some of the terrific events we’ll be involved in in the next couple weeks.

This Saturday we have two, count them, two events!

The first is at the wonderful Brooklyn Wine Exchange where we will be signing books and talking spirits in great great company. Who’s on the bill?  How about these guys: Breuckelen Distilling, New York Distilling Company, J.W. Overbey Bourbon, Van Brunt Stillhouse, Jack From Brooklyn, Barrow’s Intense Ginger, Greenhook Gin, Industry City Distilling, and more!  We can’t wait to try the “and more”.

We’ll be there from 3-6 pm.  Find all of the details here.

A little later that day, we will be taking part in Brooklyn Museum’s Target First Saturdays series. This is a night of booze, art, lectures, films, music and booze.  Oh, and book.  We’ll there signing books starting at 6 pm.

Next Saturday, December 13, we are honored to be included in the Saveur Holiday Social at Astor Center.  This is an all day affair where attendees will be able some of the best craft food products in the area and also take food and drink classes from the likes of Hugh Acheson, George Mendes and Dev Johnson.

We will be doing a holiday themed Brooklyn Spirits class at 6:15 accompanied by terrific cocktails made by Will Noland of Sidecar. We do need volunteers for our book table, so if you’re interested in attending the event and feel like helping a bit, let us know please.
